Below are the terms and conditions that needs to be followed for the SPIC MACAY 10th International Convention at Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH).
¶ Terms and Conditions
As a part of the SPIC MACAY 10th International Convention, we aim to create ashram-like environment where participants can connect with their inner selves through a week of learning and spiritual experience in the presence of Gurus. To ensure that everyone benefits from this experience, we request participants to adhere to the following guidelines.
¶ 1. Conduct and Participation
- I will deposit my mobile phone(s) withthe convention organizers and will not use them for the duration of the convention.
- I will not change the intensive session assigned to me on the first day for the entire 5 days of the convention.
- I will adhere to the schedule provided at registration and attend all scheduled sessions.
- I will not leave the campus for the entire duration of the convention after registering.
- I will not waste food, water, or electricity and will consume only the holastic food provided by SPIC MACAY.
- I will keep my acommodation and the campus surroundings clean and will return them in better condition than I recieved them.
- I will keep my footwear neatly arranged in a line before entering the intensive classroom / auditorium.
¶ 2. Responsibility and Discipline
- I understand that if I am found using my mobile phone during the convention, SPIC MACAY volunteers have the right to confiscate it.
- I understand that SPIC MACAY reserves the right to ask me to leave the convention if I fail to comply with the guidelines.
